1. What's My Account?

‘My Account’ is a one-stop section containing all your order details. It allows you to:

  • Edit personal information like mobile number & addresses
  • Initiate a return / refund
  • View all past orders
2. Is it necessary to have an account?

No, you may shop as a guest. However, registering allows better tracking, faster checkout, and access to vouchers.

3. I forgot my password—what do I do?

You can reset it using the “Forgot Password” option on the login page.

4. Do I need to type my address each time?

No, your previously used address will be saved under “My Account → Saved Addresses”.

5. Is my personal information secure?

Absolutely. All customer data is encrypted and protected.



Shipping & Delivery

1. How do I know my order is confirmed?

You will receive an email and SMS with your order details once confirmed.

2. Do you take orders by phone?

No. Orders must be placed through the website.

3. How long does delivery take?

5–7 working days depending on your location.

4. How can I track my order?

You can track your shipment via the link sent in your email/SMS after dispatch.

5. Do I have to be present to receive the order?

Preferably yes, but it can be handed to someone else available at your address.

1. How do I initiate a return?

Go to My Account → Returns → Select your order → Initiate return.
